These Terms & Services ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BoholShield Auto Warranty website located at boholforsale.com (the "Site"), operated by BoholShield Auto Warranty ("BoholShield," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site, submitting forms, or requesting information about vehicle service contracts, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.
BoholShield is a marketing and enrollment support entity that educates consumers about extended auto warranty and vehicle service contract options. We are not an automobile manufacturer, dealer, or insurer unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement. Coverage is provided by third-party administrators and insurance companies identified in your individual contract documents.
Information on the Site is for general educational purposes. It does not amend, replace, or supersede the terms of any vehicle service contract you purchase. In the event of a conflict between Site content and your signed contract, the contract controls.
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old and capable of entering a binding agreement to use our quote request forms or subscribe to communications. By submitting information, you represent that all details provided are accurate and that you are authorized to request warranty information for the vehicle described.
Quote requests submitted through the Site do not guarantee acceptance, pricing, or coverage availability. Final terms—including premium, deductible, waiting period, mileage caps, and excluded components—are determined during underwriting and disclosed prior to enrollment.
You agree not to submit fraudulent vehicle information, misrepresent mileage, or conceal modifications that materially affect insurability. We may decline to provide quotes or cancel pending enrollments if misrepresentation is discovered.
Completing a contact form, quote request, or subscription form does not obligate you to purchase a plan. Likewise, BoholShield is not obligated to offer a plan until a contract is executed and any required payment is received by the administering entity.
By providing your email address, you consent to receive electronic communications related to your inquiry, including follow-up messages from our representatives. Marketing emails are sent only when permitted by law and when you have opted in where required. You may unsubscribe using the link in promotional emails or via our unsubscribe page.
All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software—is owned by BoholShield or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
You agree not to: (a) use the Site for unlawful purposes; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; (c) transmit malware or automated scraping tools that impair Site performance; (d) impersonate another person or entity; or (e) harvest email addresses for unsolicited messages.
The Site may reference third-party administrators, repair facilities, or educational resources. We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or performance. Your relationship with an administrator is governed by that party's contract and policies.
THE SITE AND ALL INFORMATION ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
We do not guarantee that any particular repair will be covered; coverage determinations are made by the administrator according to your contract.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BOHOLSHIELD AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR RELIANCE ON SITE CONTENT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (USD $100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR SITE-RELATED SERVICES IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BoholShield from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where consumer protection laws in your state of residence provide otherwise and cannot be waived.
Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to contact us at support@boholforsale.com to attempt informal resolution. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration on an individual basis, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property misuse. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION RELATED TO SITE USE.
We may update these Terms periodically. The "Effective Date" at the top will reflect revisions. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes may also be communicated via email to subscribers where appropriate.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

Your vehicle service contract is a separate legal agreement between you and the identified administrator or obligor. BoholShield may assist with explaining general contract provisions but does not unilaterally alter coverage decisions, approve claims, or issue refunds unless expressly authorized in writing by the administrator.
Maintenance requirements, pre-existing condition exclusions, salvage-title restrictions, and commercial-use limitations are common conditions that can affect eligibility. You are responsible for reviewing the entire contract, including any addenda, before signing.
Cancellation and transfer rights depend on the administrator's rules and applicable regulations. Pro-rata refunds, if any, are calculated according to the contract schedule minus earned premiums and administrative fees. Transfer fees may apply when selling your vehicle to a private party. BoholShield can provide general guidance but cannot guarantee refund amounts until the administrator processes your request.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the Site without notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by maintenance, hosting failures, or events beyond our reasonable control.
